National Puppy Day
March 23 is National Puppy Day. October 29 is National Cat Day. October 21 is National Reptile Day. And there’s National Pet Bird Day September 17, Guinea Pig Appreciation Day July 16, National Ferret Day April 2 and I’m running out of patience to find more. Except to acknowledge the DEI Day of them all National Pet Day April 11.

Not just about the (well to me at least) obvious benefits of a good cuddle and booping a wet nose.
