The Seattle Indian Center has an ambitious and honorable mission, informed with a pragmatic philosophy:
To promote and administer programs for the welfare, education, culture, recreation, and social benefit of American Indians and Alaska Natives. To gain improvement in education and status and greater access to programs and services provided by non-Indian people.
We provide an intensive wraparound case management approach to the needs of the community. We supply short-term services to those in crisis. But more importantly, we provide long-term hope through employment assistance, escape from sex trafficking, and a sense of community. If we are not able to provide services at the Seattle Indian Center, referrals are provided at no cost to our clients.”
In-kind donations are gladly accepted to further the Center’s aims.
