I continually aim to keep current on best practices to offer on-site assistance, virtual services and by-phone accountability sessions. I retrained, July 2026, as a virtual organizing specialist: I was proud to originally learn from Sheila Delson, The Virtual Organizer, a master trainer and a founder of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD), and glad to get a unique new perspective with ICD.
